I can't submit a complaint form

I keep getting the message that this feature isn't working. Even after trying a new password and a different login method, I'm sent back and forth in the same loop, and the end result is the same. It's incredibly easy for Epic to not address the complaints. Ostrich politics. Matchmaking is rubbish. This season is the worst yet.
