BIRADS 5 - inflammatory breast cancer

So I had a mammogram and ultrasound over a month ago. Results came back as BIRADS 5 in my right breast and I’ve had 3 doctors evaluate it and say it is very likely inflammatory breast cancer and very little chances of it being anything else. The surgeon I met with already gave me an overview of what is to come. 6 months of chemo, bilateral mastectomy, then radiation. The next step right now is to have a biopsy to get a definitive diagnosis, which is next week. Then I’ll meet the doctor again to get the biopsy results.

I’ve been a nervous wreck since this all started. The unknown and waiting are killing me. The intruding thoughts never stop, and nerves get so bad no matter where I am. I have to make myself not get upset at work. I’ve tried not to read Dr. Google but it’s really hard not to do especially when i know nothing else but that it’s fairly definite that I have this very aggressive breast cancer.
