Went in for three interviews. Need some opinions on where I may stand

Post-interview

So i went in for three interviews for a role id really love to work in. Im sort of confused on where I stand, and i know none of you are psychics who can see exactly what I did and how they all went, but maybe I can get some perspective on where I might stand.

First interview went well and I was contacted quickly. After that, I was told id hear back within 2 or 3 weeks one way or the other. This interview was with the manager.

After a month, I got a call for a second interview. This one i feel went REALLY well, and it was with the manager and some team members. I was told id hear back by June 30th, and on July 2nd, I got an email asking if I could come in on really short notice (the next day at 11 am) to talk with the vp for a half hour. This one, i feel didnt go as well (I accidentally said what instead of excuse me at one point, which is killing me) but I could just be doubting myself as usual. It did go 5 minutes over the scheduled time, and when I asked when I might hear back at the end, he said "Probably next week. The truth is, HR moves much slower than we do, so i would like to say next week." On the way out, he also asked if I drove here.

Overall its been an tiring process, and I honestly just want a yes or no answer. I sent the VP a thank you email, and got an auto reply that he is on vacation now. Where do you think I stand here? Do you think ill just be ghosted from the details ive given, and how far i got? Id really love the job, its driving me nuts and its all I can think about because I REALLY want it. As mildly autistic guy its hard to read what people think, and its even harder to get to this stage of the hiring process.
