I don't know how to write my MC doing stuff that nobody cares about

I'm writing a crazy awesome book with tons of ridiculous action scenes, but there's nothing in between. I don't even know how to explain how they got from point A to point B, which isn't realistic. Then I realized that I don't explain them eating, drinking, showering, pooping, or even fondling themselves to go to sleep at night like all real people do.

I'm worried people will just see my story for the awesome thrill ride that it is and not experience the absolute boredom that are mundane tasks. Can someone help me with these real like moments?

Like does Jason Bourne rub one out with the left or right hand? How many times does Voldemort shave his head every day? Did Frodo use a coaster or risk his glass leaving a ring? Was Anna Karenina too stuck up to admit when she took a steaming dump?

I clearly need help with the big questions here. Only expert advice please. (and by that I mean people with lives that are boring)
