Persona 3 Dlc blocked my save file

Hello, so i got a huge problem, i got gifted a steam account by a family member with persona 3 Reloaded, since i loved the demo so much, i then proceeded to buy, on that same account (which is a part of the steam family), a dlc, precisely the persona 5 phantom thief costumes (the joker one for the protagonist).

So the thing is, for a few days all was good, was loving the game, but then one day, i find out that the account with persona is permanently banned and they refounded me the dlc, removing it in the process and fucking me up.

So i thought "oh well, i'll just buy it again on my profile", but nah, i can't. For some weird ass reason steam doesn't let you buy dlcs for games you don't have. I mean i get why, it's logical, but i can literally do it everywhere else but on steam, that's kinda stupid.

Still, that's why i'm stuck, and i don't have the money to buy the whole game again. I saw lots of other people having the same problem, some even got help by some modders with the P3R mod loader.

I'm really loving the game with a friend and i really do not wanna restart it, so please if anyone can help me, i thank you in advance!
