Turn 4 Ceaseless Expanse may be the stupidest thing I've seen in this game from a design perspective in a long time.
Yes it was a high roll as they had to have [[trail mix]] on 2 then, then coin (going second they had that) and [[invervate]] to drop Loh on 3.
Then turn 4 it was just spam draw/discover and hope they got Ceasless which they did and then turn 5 Cenarius and not coming back from there.
Heck, they were probably unlucky they didn't already have ceaseless to drop it on 3 as well.
Whilst seeing it this early is fairly rare, the overall mana cheating of Ceaseless through Loh is far too consistent. This is a card they nerfed twice to contain even increasing the cost to 125 to slow it down.
Surely they knew this was going to be a thing right but did it anyway?
Most of top 1K right now is a lottery of either Loh mirror decks or trying other decks and hope you rush down Loh before the high roll.
When was the last time we had such a meta shaping expansion release with 2 decks as influential as Murloc paladin and Loh Druid? It's not that they even have broken win rates either, it's just the play experience against both and how many other decks they instantly make irrelevant.
Fwiw, I believe Menagarie Priest to be the best deck in the game right now, it feels kinda broken but could be due to the above 2 decks shaping the meta giving it so many favorable matchups.
