What else can I do ?! Help

I tried every remedy online to make this manageable. I’ll be calling my oral surgeon tomorrow morning, issue is I’m trying not to lose my mind by then. They obviously won’t get me in same day. Pain is unbearable, Motrin and Tylenol aren’t helping at all. I believe this tooth is impacted. I can’t find my old xray. I can’t chew on that side, my upper and lower teeth can’t even touch. It becomes awfully painful. Even if I swallow on that side it hurts.

How can I sleep the night ? It’s extremely painful worse than my other one. Way worse. I thought that was bad? Jokes on me.
