pulled three ticks off me a month ago, still have bite mark, got wicked sick and still feeling symptoms.

started a fever monday which comes and goes, sore throat, joints feel like exploding, lost my voice, and neck hurts along with throbbing headache including around my eyes. waiting for bloodwork to come back but i’m going crazy not knowing what’s wrong with me. ( got tested for other illness like covid, flu, strep, etc, all came back negative). has anyone else had these symptoms for lyme? that’s the first thing the doctor said it sounded like but again not having a definitive answer is driving me crazy. any input would be greatly appreciated. sorry if this is an annoying or frequent question.
