childhood traumas, having a hard time with criticism of any kind

VENT

Literally cried for 30 mins in an oncall room today cuz I accidentally pissed off a senior resident by asking personal Qs and not realizing his body language/cues until he told me off. I'm constantly on edge everyday cuz I want to get along with everyone and tey to in my super akward way cuz I hate conflicts and I hate making mistakes and being wrong.

I thought I was doing better, being positive, trying to let things go and not expecting perfection from myself and now I'm sitting in this call room unable to go home eventhough I signoff quite a while ago and I just wanted to hide from everyone.

I don't know how to get over this stuff, I don't know how to not feel like breaking down with every negative experience. Feels like I am a child in an adult's body.
