How I've recovered after 3 years of steroid abuse.

I made a post about a month ago saying that I was fully recovered and got my wife pregnant after just 5 months clean. Just wanted to make a little update post about it. I took a few months off from the gym, and within the last month have been grinding again.

My weight and body fat have stayed almost identical to when I was enhanced. The only physical difference is that instead of walking around with 18 inch arms cold and with a pump, my arms are 17-17.5 inches cold and 18 with a pump.

On the last post somebody mentioned that a lot of guys on gear have daughters, well not this guy. I have been blessed with a son. I got extremely lucky and all things considered, I still wish I never hopped on gear. It wasn't worth it. Well, that's all. Just wanted to share. Bless you all.
