Endoscopy result Help

Hi, Below is the impression from my endoscopy.

FINDINGS AND INTERVENTIONS: Esophagus: Normal Stomach: Normal. Random biopsies taken for histology. Duodenum: Normal to D2. Random biopsies taken for histology.

ADVERSE EVENTS (immediate and/or post-procedural): None

IMPRESSION: Normal Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Small intestine and stomach biopsies taken

I am really worried they wrote normal gi track then why did they take biopsies??

What dies this mean? I am really nervous about biopsies results. It will take 2 weeks

Anyone experienced this and what was their biopsies results ?

Please help
