Uber Eats Help

I ordered an air conditioner off of Uber Eats and the driver was amazing! I tipped him quite nicely in the initial order, but I’d like to add a bit more. I tried to go into the rating screen, but my phone was wonky and it looks like I just left a star rating - noooo! I am having no luck with the help/support on the app. Anyone have any ideas how I can change the rating after its been submitted?
