Cruise scheduled 10w2d PO

We’ve had our 10th anniversary cruise booked since February. My surgery date is 9/5 and we leave 11/16. Surgeon said I should be all clear and not to worry, but naturally I am nervous.

My wonderful husband knows there is no guarantee for penetrative sex because everyone heals differently and is completely okay with that. (He’s the best)

We’ve been talking about excursions (Caribbean cruise) and are trying to keep it low impact because we’re both worried about the potential for fatigue.

There is one port we’re going to separate so he can go zip lining and I’m going to go lay on a beach and read a book! I don’t want him to miss out on all the fun stuff because I can’t do it.

We were planning a couples massage on the last day, will that be okay? Obviously I’ll let my massage therapist know that I’m 11 weeks out at that point and stop them if the pressure is too much, but is that a dumb idea??
