Logging out of other devices

Hi everyone, posting because I haven't been able to find any info on this and I suspect someone else currently has access to my account on their phone without my consent.

If I change the password to my tumblr account, does it log other devices out automatically? I'm specifically asking about access to the mobile app, not webpage.

Straight answer appreciated
