Puppy game purchase lost?

I made a purchase over the minimum requirements they asked (9€)and meant to get 15k on dog food, I don't know how to claim it. I couldn't when I made the purchase or any other time. I wanted to make that purchase anyway but having the point was a great boost for the % on my gift but I feel I've been scammed with it 😞. Anyone knows how I can claim it or complain? Thanks!
