App to find wedding date

I have a wedding to attend this fall and will be coming back to Shanghai. I was hoping to use Hinge to find a date as I used to use it when I lived there. But I found out now that Hinge will delete your account if you put your location in China.

So what might be a good app to use to find somebody that is hopefully mostly fluent in English. Even though I speak Chinese pretty well it’s been quite some time
