Trying to quest a new artist

One my favorite artists made a new account on spotify as a duo and i wanted to add them to my fav artists/quests but can’t find them. They just made the artist page within the last two days i think.

Do monthly listeners count for that or should they show up just from having an artist page? Or is there an easier way to search them?
