setting up 2 skyrims on vortex

i have a copy of skyrim from steam and gog.

i want to have vortex set up 2 different modlists for steam and gog.

want to have the skyrim to be graphically enhanced and gog with a more vanilla playthrough with emphasis on town and villages.

is it possible?
