Pierced today one earlobe bleed and hard to touch

Used 5mm stainless crystal earrings

Today I pierced my earlobes with hallow needle 16 gauge, left ear bleed while doing it but the right ear didn’t bleed, now left ear feels hard and kinda painful to touch is this normal?

Do you recommend to take it off

Right ear feels soft and didn’t hurt at all weird

I can handle the pain now but i feel it will get worse with the days
