Pandora not playing correct stations

My mother went on vacation for a week and when she got home, her google nest mini won’t play her pandora stations. An example is when she says, “hey google, play George Straight”. The google nest will respond, “playing George Straight on pandora” and it begins playing George Straight Christmas music and it starts with the exact same Christmas song every time you ask it to play George Straight.

I unlink her pandora account from the google home account. I unplugged the google nest and restarted her iPhone. I restarted the Wi-Fi router. I deleted both the google home and pandora apps on her iPhone and reinstalled them. The only thing I did not do was factory reset her google nest.

Anyone else having this issue? Any fixes?
