Lipase testing accuracy and supplementation

Last week, I took a supplement containing lipase and amylase for 3 days. I went to the Dr today and she’s given me both of those to test out for. I forgot to tell her about the supplement. I plan on doing the testing tomorrow. Should I be worried about the values being disrupted from that 3 day supplementation? Or is it no big deal???
