Should I go into EE or CE?

I’m applying to universities this October and trying to choose between EE and CE. I know I want to work in tech, but I’m interested in a variety of things. I also plan to do a master’s degree later on. Would EE offer me more flexibility, or is CE better if I want to get more into computers? Thanks for any advice.
