[TOMT] Missing song/album

I'm fairly certain the band that made it is pretty popular, as the song came up on an "AND ONE" radio station on spotify (if that gives any context on the music genre). The song was in German, and the album cover had a woman with very pale skin against a black or white wall. She was wearing a latex pup hood kind of thing, but it didn't have the snout. She was also holding a red apple in her mouth, and I think she was wearing black lipstick? This has been driving me insane for a couple days, so any ideas or help would be much appreciated!
