Windows Blue Screening When Trying to Reset it.

When trying to factory reset my PC, it blue screens everytime. I've had three different BSOD messages which are: NTFS.sys System Service Exception, System Service Exception on its own, and Irql not less or equal.

Everything else works fine, its just when I try to reset it.

I've tried Reseating my RAM, tried different slots, I've also removed some drives in case they were corrupted. I've also tried sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f in CMD. Ive also updated all drivers and tried the windows memory diagnostic tool which said there were no errors were found.

I hope there's a really easy fix for this and I've just missed something.
