Am I crazy for thinking I can do this

For reference im at a part 141 school separate from a university. I’ve got my private license and getting toward the end of instrument just need to do long cross country and a couple extra flights to get things tight. I’m 19 and not in school and before flying I was stuck between engineering and flying. Has anyone done this before where they worked on an engineering degree while flying? The flight school im at basically lets me fly whenever I want when I want. Lucky spoiled me my parents are paying for my school and would pay for my classes if I try to get my engineering degree at the same time. Engineering is something I was super passionate about and I feel ill regret it if i don’t do it while im young and can. Is it too difficult to juggle flight training and a degree like that? Def leaning toward mechanical or aerospace. I’m sure it would slow my flight training down quite a bit but im not too worried about that as there seems to be no jobs at the end of the tunnel currently. Just looking for advice on weather I send it and try working on school and flying or wait until after training. Advice and personal stories would be appreciated.
