SM charging guys for accounts???

So I made an SM customer account so I could view the site. I'm in a "banned" state. I went through age verifying, added in my credit card and thought it was fine. Well low and behold, I was being charged $19.95 a month... I actually thought the charge was from my fitness pal TBH until I checked the email I used to sign up (you know, how we all have like a million different emails lol). I know for a FACT I signed up right to Stream Mate... why would I use a secondary site? They straight up LIED! Charge was from Echst . net

Anyway, here's the screen shots from when I contacted support as a customer. I deleted my customer account. I numbered them.
