Question about oil leak and oil pressure

I have a mild oil leak that I plan to get fix in the next two weeks struggling financially at the moment but I do keep 5qt gallons of oil in the trunk never been low yet but I check the dipstick very often almost everytime before I start the car.

My question is normally at start up my oil pressure is around 30-40 and while driving 40-50 which I believe this is a good reading someone correct my if wrong.

Wouldn’t low oil levels result into lower oil pressure readings ?
