Interest Will Start to Accrue August 1 2025

Mohela has a new Pop Up that says that Interest will start to accrue August 1st, 2025 (less than 1 month away). However, I thought legally Mohela (or any federal student loan servicer) had to give you a 60 day notice before any change in loan status, including payment or interest resuming. How is it possible that interest will start to accrue in less than 1 month?
