Could we get native Switch 2 ports of all or most of the cloud-based Switch 1 games?

Finding out that the Switch versions of the Kingdom Hearts games were going to be cloud-based versions was a kick in tge teeth. Same with Resident Evil 7 and Village.

Would the Switch 2 be capable of native ports?
