Parental control app for tween with sneaky tech habits?

My 11-year-old is getting way too good at hiding their phone use (deleting apps, clearing history, and even setting up fake folders). I’m trying not to overreact, but I feel like I need a parental control app that gives me some visibility without starting world war III at home.

I’m not looking to be big brother here, but I also want to make sure they’re not getting into stuff they shouldn’t. Especially with social media becoming such a mess lately.

Anyone else dealing with a “tech-savvy” kid and found an app that actually helps manage things? I’m open to suggestions, just looking for something realistic and not overly invasive.
