[Discussion] AMA Announcement - Robert Roy Dela Serna - Saturday 07/12 hosted by r/anime
Hello everyone! Mod Team here with an announcement for an AMA involving Robert Roy Dela Serna, one of the contributors for the Muse Asia translations for Re:Zero! If you have any questions you're dying to have answered by one of the Translators for Re:Zero, feel free to head on over to r/anime and pitch your questions forward! Be it related to Re:Zero, the work that goes into translating, or any of his other series, we welcome everyone to participate! I'll leave a link to the r/anime announcement as well as Roberts portfolio down below!
That being said, it is very important to lay out this. r/anime rules are different from ours. They're more stricter than we our with anime spoilers and Novel spoilers. While we require you to bracket and tag Novel spoilers as well as spoilers from other anime, r/anime requires you to Bracket spoilers for the anime and novels. So what that means is, you have to watch yourself even more.
So, say you want to talk about Rem's Confession. You'll need to tag it properly. To do that is similar to here. You bracket and then post your spoilers. It should look like this
[Re:Zero Episode 18]>!This episode made me cry!<
If you wish to speak of Novel Spoilers, we implore you to tag which arc you are going to spoil in your questions as well. So it should look like this.
[Re:Zero Novels Arc 6]>!I haven't read this Arc and I'm surprised I havent been spoiled on it seeing as I'm a mod on the Re:Zero sub!<
We are taking this very seriously. If we catch you guys causing trouble or breaking their rules, we WILL be acting on our end here. Treat their rules how you'd treat ours please!
With that being said, I'll leave a link to the r/anime announcement, Roberts Portfolio, and r/anime rules so you yourself can familiarize with how things are done there. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment or message us and we'll be sure to help!
