why does garden of joy exist?

like i try to be optimistic and as nice as i can be to the devs cause i know it's not a massive company and they have way overextended their reach on a lot of things. but how does such a broken bullshit map come out of development and stay in the game as is for this long? if you are a m1 killer and you go there you're just fucked. and i mean hard fucked with no lube. pallet into pallet with 3 jungle gyms plus main and shack. like, what the fuck was the person who designed this map smoking? cause i want some. it must have made this steaming sack of shit of a map look like something worth shipping
