Is this good reason to quit??

So, I have been working as a junior paralegal for four ish months. My boss says to my face how much he appreciates me and behind my back acts like I’m useless.

He also very borderline sexually harasses me I think. Idk. I’m 21f and he’s like 65m. Repeatedly calls me hot, attractive, and much more. He says I’d win the hottest paralegal competition. He’s taken me out to a fancy lunch and insisted I drink wine. Then he would make little remarks like “omg” and I’m like “……yes?” And he snaps back with “you can’t ask me these questions when I have been drinking!”.. he asks specific questions about my sex life with my boyfriend. He has said “I’m sure you are wild in the bedroom”.. and much more.

My issue is, I hate applying for jobs. I decided that I will accept a new job if it’s closer to home (currently have almost an hour commute), same or more pay, and offers some sort of training.

I have an interview in a couple days and it’s only a couple minutes closer to my house than my current job. But my current job is not busy at all. So is a TON more work worth it? I’m used to being harassed so at this point my biggest issue is I want to be closer to home and my mom thinks that’s silly and I should stay at my current job. (She doesn’t know about the borderline harassment)
