Randomly cured

So today I felt a burning sensation behind my Foreskin and turns out there was a small pubic hair stuck behind it. No question it had to get out. When I tried pulling back my foreskin it just went smoothly all the way. It could only ever retract half way so I’m really suprised. What could this be? Anyways now I’m still really sensitive behind the head and I now need advice on how to make it less sensitive ASAP.
