URGENT: EOI creation MPNP

Hello guys, Hope you’re all well. I have question about my EOI that is expiring today. Will it be good if i go ahead and create new as i created my initial EOI last year on 9 july 2024 that will expire today or should i wait till the day changes midnight? Or should i wait for the email from MPNP stating that my Old EOI is expired and i can create new? And if i dont create new there is Draw going to be held tomorrow will they consider me? Any help will be muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance. 🙂
