Mack Hollins: Explain Why He is Relevant To Dynasty

I keep seeing articles from "experts" about Mack Hollins being someone who could have an impact with the Patriots and be a roadblock to Kyle Williams, Boutte, etc. In his career, he has a grand total of one season where he had more than 32 receptions and over 380 yards receiving (was with Vegas where he had 57/690/4 in 2022).

Can someone walk me through why Mack Hollins of all people has more than a passing thought of relevance to dynasty and why people with Patriots Receiver stock should actually care about his existence?
