Just bought my first mirrorless, mechanical, efcs or electronic shutter?

Hi all, I’m a hobbyist photographer and have been using a canon 5d mk3 for the past 8 years but wanted to upgrade. I’ve just purchased the canon R7 with the ef mount adapter so I can use my ef 24-105mm f4L lens until I have enough money to upgrade to an rf lens.

I mainly shoot relatively still wildlife, nature, pet and flower images (my shutter speed rarely goes over 1/800). If I’m completely honest I have no idea of the pros and cons of using the different shutter types. I’ve tried researching but have been getting a lot of mixed information.
