Could I please vent to someone patient and kind here? I need to get stuff of my chest and maybe seek advice too.

Hi :)

I've kinda been going through a lot this summer. Life has kind of been suffocating ever since I came back home. My family isn't the most supportive and sometimes just mean, and I've been really grappling with some insecurities I didn't always have and feelings of inadequacy. I kinda don't have someone I can vent to about all of it, so I was wondering if I could find a kind soul I could rant to? I'm an INFP too by the way. Thought maybe I could come here and chat with someone of a similar mind :)
