Accidentally sold incomplete item

I sold a PC power supply and stupidly forgot to put the fan back in before shipping it out. I'm giving the buyer the choice of returning it or receiving a partial refund and me sending them the fan. If they choose the latter, is there any sort of process within eBay for sending a follow-up missing item? I want the buyer to feel confident that I'm indeed rectifying the situation.
