Looking for running friends in the Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam Areas!

I'm training for a pretty difficult trail race and am looking for some people to run with! Mainly a road runner but need to get the training in. I have access to a car and am hoping to go up to pinecone burke provincial park and run sometime this week. Please hit me up!
