Quit my home health job

Hello OTs! Yesterday I finally quit my home health job that has been stressing me out for months. Yay! I’m excited for the next chapter. I have about 4 weeks left where I will be transitioning out of my role. I’m wondering if any other HH OTs have quit and how you have handled breaking the news to your patients. TIA!
