Net income too high for snap?

I really need help figuring this out. I’m in Ohio and my gross income for a four person family is: 2,850 in wages & 1900 in child support. The snap screener keeps saying I don’t qualify for snap but my gross income is lower than the 5,200 limit. What am I doing wrong?
