How to leave a Baptist teen ministry?

I am a teenage girl and I've been going to church for quite a while now. I have since realized that I'm agnostic and don't want to tell anyone. My church is also homophobic, along with other things that I don't agree with. I take the bus ministry and how that works is that the bus driver texts me and I text back saying whether or not I'm gonna go that week so he knows to pick me up. My "best church friend" is homophobic and pretty much all the phobics and she will move away in September (I'm currently writing this in July) so my plan is to wait until she moves and then ask my bus driver if he maybe won't pick me up. Thoughts, Reddit?
