Question about Bad Lieutenant (1992)

Is the version of Bad Lieutenant on prime the original, uncut, NC-17 version? I only want to watch it if its as originally intended, and would hate to find out later that wasnt actually it. Has anyone watched it through and can confirm? It does say when you oress play that its an hour and thirty-six minutes, which is the original runtime, but on primes details it says one hour and thirty-one minutes.
