Where on earth do you put your arms on side sleeping

HELP! I am having insomnia for a very long time now due to this specific problem. I have to side sleep to be comfortable to begin with, leg wrapped around a long pillow. However I have no clue where to put my bottom facing arm. If it goes under the pillow, it gets numb immediately. If it goes by my face or side, my arms feel like they're at an odd angle and ir frustrates me really bad. Considering buying a pillow with a hole in it so I can stick my arm through and not lose feeling. I have problems feeling comfortable in bed to start but it's driving me mad
