Is my save unsalvageable?

So long story short, I changed rarity of the >!mirror room!< and a couple others accidentally to common instead of the other way around and now they’re showing up at the worst times.

The last 20 days of runs have been a bust I couldn’t get anything done and it’s getting frustrating and I don’t know what to do cause most of the time now I can’t get past rank 4 or 5 :(
