Friend's Niece Married much older man as soon as she was legal...is it the same one????

Hey snarkers, I caught up over the phone recently with my childhood best friend who has gone in a totally opposite direction in life than I have and appears to have unfortunately ended up somewhere along the Evangelical-to-full-on-fundie pipeline. She mentioned very casually that her niece married a dude who was like 25 when she met him as a teenager and her dad gave them permission to date when she was seventeen and they got married last fall when she was like 18 or 19 🤢 It all sounded so familiar. I was kinda speechless and fumbled over my words and just kinda said "wow...that... Sounds...so inappropriate to me..." And she just basically said, "no it's totally fine; she was very mature for her age because she was homeschooled and was already working a job"...?!?!?! Like excuse me? I don't care what she was doing, she was a minor???!! And so after a moment of stunned silence it just became this wow huh we really disagree here ANYHOW....

All that to say, weren't there a couple of those minor fundies brought up in here in the past year? Does anyone remember any of their names? Either this is just happening way more commonly than I would've cared to think, or my real life has crossed paths with the fundieverse once again.
