The Doctor is Out/ La Bohème

Ok... this is one of my favorite episodes, HOWEVER, when we first meet Alistair, he comments that his "Mimi" is eating too many cheeseburgers... dying of consumption, not over consumption.

YET... when we meet Glinka, presumably the Mimi of Alistair's production of La Bohème, she does not look at all as if she has eaten one too many cheeseburgers.
