2026 leadership group

What changes would you make? It feels like the leadership group needs a shake up. In our losses it’s been glaringly obvious that we lack on-field leaders. I hope the club are looking into getting a Ben Crowe or the like in to work on some mindset stuff.

Personally, I think SOS and Newy come in, maybe even Ollie. Charlie should just focus on getting back to his 2022/2023 form, and from afar it feels like leadership doesn’t come naturally. He can still organise the forward half without the extra burden of the title and extra meetings.
