Mouse rehab?

My cat tried to catch a mouse (before you come for me it’s an entirely indoor cat, the mouse was found inside my third floor Pennsylvania city apartment which is a separate issue). When I found it, it was bleeding a bit and dragging its back legs. I put it in a plastic container with paper towels st the bottom and gave it some water through a syringe and tried to give it some strawberry it wouldn’t eat. Its back legs seem more functional now; would a wildlife rehabbed take a mouse like this?
